Pause+Wellness provides science-based teaching on hormone care related to perimenopause, menopause, and post menopause. Women spend almost half of their lives in these stages, yet we rarely discuss what is happening in the body or how to manage symptoms. Pause+Wellness seeks to change that with educational resources for health care providers and those interested in learning more about hormones and how they impact health.
Menopause is a natural part of life when the ovaries stop producing hormones, ovulation ceases, and periods end. A woman is considered menopause after no period for 12 months.
Perimenopause is the years leading up to menopause when the hormone levels begin to fluctuate and symptoms begin.

Hi, I’m Liz,
I'm a menopause-certified practitioner on a mission: helping women navigate perimenopause and menopause with confidence, not confusion.
For too long, women have been told that weight gain, brain fog, and energy crashes are just "part of getting older." I believe that's not good enough. Just because your hormones are changing doesn't mean your life has to.
Through evidence-based education and personalized care, I help women aged 35-60 understand what's really happening in their bodies—and more importantly, what they can do about it. When you understand the science behind your symptoms, you can work WITH your changing hormones instead of fighting against them.
My approach combines the latest research with practical, actionable strategies that fit into real life. Because every woman's menopause journey is different, and cookie-cutter solutions simply don't work.
